He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1953, to the Florida Bar in 1977 and is President of the firm of Thaler & Thaler, P.A., with offices in Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Tallahassee, Florida. Mr. Thaler is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts in Florida, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, all District Courts in the State of New York, Second Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York Bar Association and Florida Bar; member of the Probate and Estate Planning sections of the Bar and a noted estate planning lecturer. Mr. Thaler also has served with the Estate and Tax Planning Advisory Committee for Palm Beach County and Martin County Memorial Foundation.
